About the Opportunity
The Marketing Manager is a key member of the Guidewell Education Marketing and Communications team. This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as a marketing generalist, supporting communications, campaigns, and content initiatives across multiple educational services brands in the United States and United Kingdom.
This is a highly execution-focused role, responsible for turning campaign ideas into well-organized marketing initiatives across multiple channels - building timelines, coordinating assets, writing campaign copy, and ensuring campaigns launch smoothly across brands.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams, this role helps coordinate marketing projects from concept through execution, supporting lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement.

- Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, webinars, and panel events across multiple brands.
Responsibilities include:
Translate campaign strategy into actionable project plans and timelines
Build and maintain campaign plans and workflows in Notion
Write marketing copy aligned with campaign messaging, including landing pages, emails, flyers, social posts, and event descriptions for CRM platforms
Coordinate marketing graphics and creative assets
Collaborate with the web developer to support campaign landing pages and updates
Coordinate event setup within the CRM in partnership with Marketing Operations
Track campaign execution across brands to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Marketing Channel Execution
Email Marketing
Write and edit marketing emails supporting campaigns, webinars, services, and promotional initiatives
Coordinate email scheduling and distribution across brands
Organic Social Media
Write social media posts aligned with campaign messaging
Coordinate supporting graphics when needed
Proofread and review posts prior to publishing
Publish posts across social media channels
Paid Social Support
Coordinate creative assets for paid social campaigns
Assist with campaign approvals and scheduling
Support audience creation, targeting, and campaign optimization
Marketing Content & Collateral
Create and coordinate marketing materials supporting partnerships, campaigns, and events, including:
Event and webinar flyers
Marketing guides and informational resources
Brochures and infographics
Trade event and partnership collateral
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Workflow Management
Collaborate with internal teams including Partnerships, Client Services, Academic Services, Counseling/Advisory Services, Marketing Operations, and Curriculum
Coordinate marketing requests including copy, landing pages, and promotional materials
Maintain organized workflows that improve marketing team efficiency and campaign execution
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in campaign coordination, digital marketing, or marketing operations
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously
- Excellent marketing copywriting and editing skills, with experience writing for email, web, and social media
- Ability to coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple brands and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Technical Skills
- Experience working with campaign planning and workflow management tools, such as Notion, preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Webflow, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is helpful but not required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
Work Samples Submission

- Marketing Email: One example of a marketing email you have written, such as a promotional email, newsletter, or event announcement.
- Landing Page: One example of a campaign landing page you have written or contributed to.
If the landing page was part of a team project, please briefly describe your role in creating the content.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually depending on experience
Bonus: Up to 5% of annual salary based on personal and company performance
